Delivery

Everything you need to know about how we ship your orders, estimated delivery times, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Processing Time

Orders are processed by the seller within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier selected by the seller. Expedited options may be available at checkout where offered by the seller.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7–21 business days. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Shipping Carriers

Sellers choose their preferred carriers, which may include national postal services and major couriers. The carrier and tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email and visible in your order details.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can also view tracking information at any time from the Order Details page in your account.

Delivery to P.O. Boxes

Delivery to P.O. boxes may not be available for all products or carriers. If your shipping address is a P.O. box and the seller cannot fulfil delivery to it, you will be contacted to arrange an alternative address.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a notification card and make further attempts or hold the parcel at a local depot. If the parcel is not collected within the carrier's holding period it may be returned to the seller.

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the parcel and contents before opening fully, then contact us through your account within 48 hours of delivery. Do not discard any packaging, as it may be required for a carrier claim.

Export Restrictions

Certain products — including specific surveillance, RF, and communications equipment — may be subject to export control regulations and cannot be shipped to all destinations. Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to export restrictions will be cancelled and fully refunded.
