Learn about the payment methods we accept, how your payment is secured, and what to expect at checkout and after.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not accept cash, cheques, or bank transfers at this time.
Payment Security
All transactions are encrypted using TLS and processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. We never store your full card number or CVV on our servers. Your payment data is handled entirely by Stripe.
When You Are Charged
Your card is charged at the time you place your order. If any item in your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be refunded for that item promptly to your original payment method.
Currency
Prices are displayed in your region’s currency based on your location. All charges are made in the displayed currency. Your bank or card issuer may apply foreign exchange fees if your account is held in a different currency.
Invoices and Receipts
A payment confirmation is sent to your email address after each successful order. You can also view and download order summaries from the Order Details page in your account at any time.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, your order will not be placed. Common causes include incorrect card details, insufficient funds, or a block applied by your bank. Please check your details and try again, or contact your bank if the issue persists.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer. We are unable to redirect refunds to a different card or account.
Institutional and Bulk Orders
Government agencies, security firms, and other organisations requiring purchase orders or alternative billing arrangements should contact us directly before placing an order. We will work with you to accommodate compliant procurement processes.
