30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging with all included documentation and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been deployed, activated, field-modified, or show signs of use cannot be returned. This includes opened surveillance equipment, RF detection devices that have been powered on, and any items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

Log in to your account, go to your Orders, open the relevant order, and select “Request Return”. Choose the items and the reason for each, then select a return shipping method. Once submitted, you will receive confirmation and further instructions by email.

Return Shipping

Available return shipping methods are shown during the return request process. Costs and carriers vary depending on the seller and your location. You are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged for transit.

Refunds

Once the seller confirms receipt and inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately through your account messaging or our support channel. Please retain all original packaging and take photos of the damage before initiating a return.
