We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

• -You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• -You must not be located in, or purchasing on behalf of any person in, a jurisdiction subject to sanctions that prohibit such transactions.
• -You are responsible for ensuring that any purchase you make complies with the laws of your country, state, or locality.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to place orders. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. The Marketplace

Defenders is a marketplace platform that facilitates transactions between independent sellers and buyers. We are not the seller of any product listed on the platform unless explicitly stated. Each seller is responsible for the accuracy of their listings, product quality, and fulfilment of orders.

5. Purchases and Payment

• -All prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• -Payment is due in full at the time of placing an order.
• -We accept major credit and debit cards processed through Stripe.
• -We reserve the right to cancel any order we reasonably suspect is fraudulent or in violation of these terms.
• -Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

6. Seller Obligations

• -Sellers must accurately describe their products, including condition, specifications, and any applicable restrictions.
• -Sellers must comply with all applicable laws regarding the sale, export, and transfer of their products.
• -Sellers must not list products that are illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited under export control regulations.
• -Sellers are responsible for shipping orders in a timely manner and in adequate packaging.

7. Buyer Obligations

• -Buyers must use products purchased on this platform lawfully and in accordance with applicable regulations.
• -Buyers are responsible for determining the legality of any purchase in their jurisdiction before ordering.
• -Buyers must not misrepresent themselves or their intended use of any product.
• -Buyers must not use the platform to acquire products on behalf of a sanctioned person or entity.

8. Prohibited Items and Uses

• -Products that are illegal to sell or possess in the seller or buyer jurisdiction.
• -Counterfeit, replica, or misrepresented goods.
• -Products subject to export controls being sold or shipped in violation of those controls.
• -Any product or activity intended to harm, defraud, or deceive another person.
• -Listings that violate intellectual property rights.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Sellers may have additional return terms provided at the point of listing. In the event of a dispute between a buyer and seller, Defenders may assist in mediation but is not obligated to issue refunds on behalf of sellers.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Defenders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Defenders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, any product purchased through it, or any transaction between buyers and sellers. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any product listed on it. Seller representations about their products are the sole responsibility of the seller.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the integrity of the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform or any transaction conducted through it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
